Rick Santorum sees Nazis everywhere: in the Middle East, in doctor’s offices and medical labs, in the Democratic Party, and now in the White House.

It seems the Nazi reference is one Rick has fallen back on many times in the past, usually because he is desperate. Only this time, he's actually benefitting from it. Goes to show how times have changed. Sad.
